The Office of Charles F. Bloszies is seeking technically minded, detail-oriented individuals to join our team. Urban infill projects currently “on the boards” include new construction and renovation of existing buildings, ranging in use from office and retail to multifamily housing and education. We are a small firm where everyone is exposed to all phases of design and construction, providing opportunities for growth and mentorship while working on challenging projects in highly visible locations.
Current open positions and qualifications:
- Project Architect
Architectural license (California) or on track to become licensed
BArch or more advanced degree(s)
Fluency in AutoCAD
Extensive construction documents experience
Interest in the crafting of working drawings
Engineering consultant coordination experience
Knowledge of San Francisco building codes and permitting process
- Junior Designer
BArch or more advanced degree(s)
Competence in AutoCAD
Passion for good design
